At the beginning of January, I posted about my
awesome December and the progress I was making in my training. Things were going great. Then, my hamstring and ankle started acting up. My January miles dipped considerably, which was very frustrating, but I think the time off, as well as my visits to the chiropractor have made a big difference. I expect my February miles to jump back up and more resemble my
original training program. Because I AM running Boston this year, and I WILL still break 3 hours!
