Thanks for the visit, but I've been reading your stuff for a while from the Runner's Lounge. You are going to absolutely go crazy when your run Boston because it it like no other marathon I have ever run. You will not believe it, but the whole 26 miles will have a solid wall of spectators.. and the finish is the most amazing spectacle I have ever been a part of. Just talking (or writing) about it makes me excited for you. The program looks great and is a lot like what I'm doing. Best of luck on your training.
Hey! I'm new to your site, but I am a fellow FIRST trainer. I really liked it last summer as I worked toward a BQ...which didn't happen because it was 90 friggen degrees in Chicago. Ugh. I'll be using it again this year, though, hoping to BQ either in the spring or fall. Can't wait to follow how it goes for you!
