Spam
What's the deal with spam? I've gotten 3 comments on my last post all from strange names just saying "see here" or "click here." I'm afraid to click any of the links in case of viruses. It's really annoying! Is anybody else receiving similar comments? Is there any way to prevent it?

Spam is so bloody annoying! There should be a place where you can change your comment form so that users have to type in a code like "8q7hr" or something in order to leave bots out. I don't use blogger so I'm not exactly sure where it would be located. Maybe try the FAQ's or help file.
I HATE that crap! I get enough in my email...if it shows up on my blog, I may have to start a new one.
Just getting caught up...that new training plan looks a lot like a Furman plan. It'll get you there, just keep up on the cross training--that's where I slack off.
